Delivery and returns

Delivery

We process orders in 1 to 2 business days and then ship them via Canada Post and other carriers, to Canada and the United States.
We have a fixed price of $ 5 for order of 60$ &up in Canada. Shipping costs for orders under 75$ and to the United States are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Retours

No matter what problem you may have with your purchase, the first thing to do is always write to us and let us know. We are very fun and it's always better to talk to humans.

Our return policy is 30 days after your purchase. After this time, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange .

We only accept returns on damaged items, everything must be us returned in the original packaging and condition.

Before requesting a return, write to us at info@clubterracotta.ca with an explanation and photos. It is possible that we choose you return replacement items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

It is possible, that in certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Remboursements

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, in a number of days.
